You will get the arrangement featured unless substitution may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. By making a purchase on this website, customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion.
These original arrangements have been designed exclusively by Bloom de Fleur. All of our flowers are guaranteed fresh upon pickup or delivery.
You can expect the flowers to last 3-5 days. As flowers are a perishable item, some flowers will not last as long. We design with some flowers open and some closed so that you can enjoy the beauty over a few days. Removing blooms as they fade will help the other flowers stay fresh.
If your flowers do not last 3 days, please email us a photo right away so that we can send you a replacement. We must receive photos and any concerns within 48 hours of delivery. It is natural for roses to come with “guard petals” we usually leave these on so the roses don’t blow open right away. These petals may look dry or brown but it doesn’t mean the roses aren’t fresh. You can gently remove them after you receive your flowers.
A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee ranges from $20 - $30.
Orders must be received before 12:00 noon to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We deliver on Sundays only between 10-11am.
